Where the Food Comes From with Chip Carter

The goal of “Where the Food Comes From” is as simple as its name implies — host Chip Carter takes you along on the journey of where our food comes from and not just the supermarket (though that’s part of the big picture!). But beyond where it comes from, how it gets there, and all the links in the chain that make that happen. From laboratory to legislature to examine the key elements that make food appear on our plates as if by magic – from researchers creating next-generation produce varieties and combating pesticides to Congress members on Capitol Hill who make laws governing our food supply chain – and, at the same time, examining every critical element to fill in the gaps in viewer knowledge.
